Laboratorio Zanzara is an educational service, a craft shop, and a graphic design and communication agency.
It is a non-profit social cooperative based in Turin, created as an integration project for people with mental health fragility.

With the aim of carrying out work activities, the Laboratorio focuses on the development of the individual, their skills and attitudes, as the foundation of this project, producing qualitatively appreciable results which can be displayed and marketed.
This process allows people to confront and integrate with the outside world, making them an active part of the society.
The daily collaboration between different professionals (educators and professionals in visual communication, design and art) allows the many expressive and creative possibilities to be collected.
The aim is to propose a new language capable of breaking down cultural barriers.

By recognizing fragility as a resource and applying cultural tools, the goal is to strengthen a virtuous model that can be applied and replicated in diverse contexts.
